We offer multiple sizes and grades of Southern Yellow Pine flooring. SYP flooring is a harder and more durable option than its locally grown cousin, Eastern White Pine. Our flooring provides that timeless wide plank look at a price point that won’t break the bank!

All of our flooring is sold “random length” with a nice mix of long boards 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, and 16′ long. #2 Knotty flooring will have a mix of grain patterns, knots, and the occasion open defect needing to be trimmed or filled. #2 Heart flooring will have some similar character as the #2 Knotty but will contain 50% or more heartwood on the face. The Heart grade tends to come from larger, more mature trees with tighter growth rings making for a very dense board that is more red in color.
