Policies
Returns
Fabrizio Wood Products has the right to refuse any returned items. Accepted returns may be subject to a restocking fee at the Manager’s discretion. Delivered items may only be returned due to damage if the damage is noted promptly at the time of delivery.
Payment
Payment is accepted via Cash or Card (all major CC brands accepted). Fabrizio Wood Products has a strict no check policy for customer pickups. Checks will ONLY be accepted on orders to be picked up or delivered after the check has cleared.
Special Orders
“Special Orders” are defined as any item or quantity that is not regularly kept in stock. Special orders must be paid up front at the time of the order. Special order purchases are “final sales,” no returns or cancellations.
Delivery
Deliveries will be unloaded within a small “reasonable” distance of the delivery vehicle. “Reasonable” will be judged by the delivery driver and is usually within a 10-15 feet of the vehicle. If special circumstances are required notice must be given at the time that the order is placed to determine if extra charges may be required. This notice will also allow us to prepare the load in a way that will best serve the customer. Examples of special circumstances:
- Narrow or steep driveways not suitable for a large truck.
- Materials needing to be moved in a backyard, over a grassy/ dirt surface or through a narrow opening.
- Materials needing to be placed inside a home or building
- Low hanging wires, trees, etc.
Warehousing Charges
Orders that are not picked up or scheduled for delivery after 4 weeks may be subject to a “Warehousing Fee” at the Manager’s discretion. We understand building projects don’t always go as planned and are happy to work with our customers to accommodate their needs and timelines. However, space is tight and expensive. Holding material for excessive amounts of time can be costly and there are times when we will require compensation to hold materials for extended periods.
